CANCELLATIONS: Upon confirmation of your reservation a 48 hour prior to day of arrival cancellation policy will take affect. Any cancellations made within 48 hours of your arrival will be subject to a cancellation penalty of 1 night room charge.
CREDIT CARD PRE-AUTHORIZATIONS: Reservations require a valid major credit card for payment and pre-authorization to cover any additional charges at check-in. All outstanding amounts will be charged to the credit card on file upon check-out. Any pre-authorization holds will be immediately released from the hotel upon check-out. Any amount being held after check-out will be released by your financial institution within 7 business days. Management reserves the right to charge the credit card on file, for any damages done to your room or facilities during or post stay.
NON-SMOKING HOTEL: Old Orchard Inn is a 100% non-smoking or "smoke free" facility, including the use of E-Cigarettes inside the hotel. Should any person fail to adhere to this policy, they will be charged a minimum of $250.00 (CAD) + taxes for deep cleaning purposes.
PET FRIENDLY HOTEL: Pets are welcome to our hotel. Our Pet Fee is; $25.00 + taxes. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed per room. Pets are not to be left unattended in your room. A valid cell phone number must be provided to the Front Desk at check-in. Waste bags to clean up after your pet are available at the front desk.
